Robert (Rob) Gibbs, Jr. is the CEO/President of Legal and Diversity Recruiting at Zoza Consulting. He leads the recruiting group and is responsible for business development across all the group’s services lines. Rob supplies law firms and corporations with key personnel solutions ranging from permanent placement to legal support staff augmentation.
Rob received his J.D. from Columbia University Law School and his B.A. from Drew University. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the legal recruiting industry. Having run his own eDiscovery placement business and worked for some of the top legal services providers, he has exceptional expertise in the area as well as document review, general legal staffing and diversity placement within law firms.
Rob has helped build litigation support departments at both law firms and legal service providers in a number of markets, including Houston, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Chicago and Los Angeles. He was born and raised on the East Coast and is particularly knowledgeable of the New York City and New Jersey legal markets. Rob’s recruiting career was preceded by a tenure as a consultant in the entertainment industry. He lives in Mount Vernon, NY with his wife and 3 children.
Tracey Partridge is a proven staffing industry leader since the mid 2000’s, her leadership, enthusiasm, and passion for the industry has helped her work with candidates and clients across the nation. Throughout her career, she placed hundreds of candidates in permanent and contract positions. Tracey is known for her client service and dedication, strong knowledge of the legal industry with a specialty in Litigation Support, eDiscovery and legal support placements. Tracey works with law firms, service providers, corporations, and consultancies across the country in presenting them with candidates who have the desired on-point experience and who are also the right personality fit. Tracey takes great pride in developing strong, lasting relationships with candidates; from sourcing, interviewing to placement she is there every step of the way advising and coaching to ensure the placement is a good match.
Tracey is a member of Women in eDiscovery, actively participates in industry events including ILTA, LegalWeek, and Relativity Fest.
Sedahri is a skilled recruiter with a track record of proven success. Sedahri possesses a keen eye for identifying the perfect fit, ensuring the growth and success of both candidate and firm. Prior to joining Zoza Consulting, Sedahri worked as a Managing Consultant in the Legal and Compliance industry refining her employee relations skills and honing her keen understanding of organizational dynamics. Beyond her professional pursuits, Sedahri prioritizes a healthy and well-balanced lifestyle and finds joy in beauty, fashion, exercise and travel.
